You can pay online with your local bank card on your bank's secure payment page, or instantly with your Yassir wallet when your balance covers the trip. All prices are shown in your local currency.

Yes. Card payments happen on your bank's own secure page — Yassir Travel never sees or stores your card number. And if a booking can't be completed after you've paid, your money is refunded automatically.

Right after payment we confirm your booking with the airline or hotel, usually within a few minutes. Your booking reference (PNR), e-ticket numbers, and full trip details then appear in My Bookings. If the screen still shows "processing", no need to worry — your payment is safe and the confirmation is on its way.

You can request a cancellation from your booking at any time. Before you confirm, we show you the fare's cancellation conditions and what you'd get back — some fares are fully refundable, some carry an airline penalty, and some are non-refundable. Our team then processes the request with the airline and notifies you of the outcome.

Yes, directly from your booking — hotel cancellations are processed immediately. Many rates offer free cancellation until a deadline shown on the rate before you book and in your booking details; after that deadline the hotel's penalty applies, and non-refundable rates can't be refunded. You always see the exact refund amount before you confirm the cancellation.
