The total is shown before you confirm. Unused tickets can be refunded from the app up to 3 days before the event when the organiser allows it, and cancelled events are refunded in full.
Frequently asked questions
Where is Yassir Events available?
In Algeria (Algiers, Oran, Constantine, Tipaza), in France and across Europe (events in Paris) and in Canada (Montréal). The catalogue follows your location: from Algeria you see Algerian events in dinars, from Europe the French catalogue in euros, and from Canada the Montréal events in Canadian dollars, taxes and fees included.
How do I buy tickets?
Open the Yassir app, tap Tickets on the home screen, choose your event and the number of tickets, then confirm. You can also browse events.yassir.com from any browser and open the event in the app to complete your purchase.
Where are my tickets?
Under Tickets → My tickets in the app, with one QR code per seat. You get a push notification when they're ready, and from the confirmation page you can download a receipt or send it by e-mail.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused tickets can be refunded from the app (My tickets → the event → Request a refund) up to 3 days before the event, when the organiser allows refunds. The ticket price goes back to your original payment method or to your Yassir wallet, usually within 5 to 10 working days; service fees are not refunded.
What happens if an event is postponed or cancelled?
If it's postponed, your tickets stay valid for the new date; while no new date is set, you can request a full refund, fees included. If it's cancelled, you're refunded in full, automatically or on request.
Are there free events?
Yes. Some screenings, talks and shows are free: reserve your seat in the app and your QR code is issued right away. You can cancel a free reservation until the event starts to free up the place.
I organise events. How can I sell tickets with Yassir?
Yassir Events works with venues, promoters, cultural institutes and leisure parks in Algeria, France and Canada. You create your events on our partner portal, follow sales live and scan tickets at the door with our agent app. Write to business@yassir.com with your event details and our Events team will get back to you.
