Provisions common to all services
Article 1: Access to the application and the service
The service is accessible, subject to the restrictions set out in the Yassir application:
To any natural person possessing full legal capacity, in accordance with the law in force in the eligible countries, to enter into a binding agreement under these General Terms and Conditions.
To any legal entity acting through a natural person with the legal capacity to contract in the name and on behalf of the legal entity.
Article 2: Payment terms
There is no charge for using the Yassir app; in other words, downloading the app and signing up are completely free.
Depending on the specific eligible country listed in Article 2 for each party, the e-consumer may pay for the services in accordance with the following terms:
Cash payment: after each completed trip (upon arrival at the destination) or delivered order, the e-consumer pays the service provider associated with the Yassir platform directly the amount shown on the application.
Online payment: The e-consumer has the option to choose an online payment method from those offered by Yassir to pay for their order on the payment page.
In this case, the transaction is submitted for debiting the e-consumer's account in accordance with the timeframes applicable to each eligible country.
Multi-channel payments are secured by the Interbank Electronic Banking Center of each eligible country, which offers a fully secure payment service.
The e-consumer warrants to Yassir that they hold any authorizations that may be required to use the payment method they have chosen.
The e-consumer acknowledges being solely responsible for online payment transactions made to access the services offered by Yassir via its application; consequently, the consumer acknowledges that they may under no circumstances claim payment, compensation, reimbursement, or damages from Yassir for any transaction carried out by them or by a third party that proves to be erroneous or fraudulent.
In any event, Yassir disclaims all liability for payments made by a user using stolen or misappropriated bank cards.
Article 3: Data and evidence
The e-consumer expressly acknowledges and accepts:
That the data collected on the Yassir application and/or website and on Yassir’s computer systems constitute proof of the transactions carried out under these terms;
That these data constitute the sole form of evidence accepted between the parties, particularly for the calculation of the sums due to Yassir.
The e-consumer can access their data in their personal area.
Article 4: Complaints
The e-consumer may contact Yassir at any time for any information regarding its services and products, or to make any complaint concerning them, using the contact details specified in Article 2 of the relevant section.
Article 5: Sanctions for breaches
In the event of a breach of any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions or, more generally, a violation of applicable laws and regulations by a user, Yassir reserves the right to take any appropriate measure, including:
Suspend the party in breach from accessing the Service without prior notice;
Delete any content uploaded to the application;
Notify any relevant authority;
Initiate any legal action, without prejudice to any damages Yassir may claim before the court with territorial jurisdiction for the harm suffered.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
The systems, software, structures, infrastructures, databases, and content of any kind (texts, images, visuals, music, logos, trademarks, databases, etc.) operated by Yassir within its applications and/or website are protected by applicable intellectual property rights or database producer rights. Any disassembly, decompilation, decryption, extraction, reuse, or copying—and, more generally, any act of reproduction, representation, dissemination, or use of any of these elements, in whole or in part, without Yassir's authorization—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Article 7: Personal data
Yassir implements a personal data protection policy, the details of which are set out in the document titled "Privacy Policy," which the e-consumer is expressly invited to review on the application and/or the website.
Article 8: Links and third-party sites
Yassir shall under no circumstances be held liable for the technical availability of websites or mobile applications operated by third parties (including any partners) that the e-consumer accesses via the site.
Yassir assumes no responsibility for the content, advertisements, products, and/or services available on such third-party sites and mobile applications, which are governed by their own terms of use.
Yassir is likewise not liable for transactions entered into between the e-consumer and any advertiser, professional, or merchant (including any partners) to whom the e-consumer is directed via the site, and shall under no circumstances be a party to any dispute whatsoever with such third parties regarding, in particular, the delivery of products and/or services, warranties, representations, or any other obligations to which such third parties are subject.
Article 9: Governing law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of each eligible country cited in Article 2 of the relevant section.
In the event of a dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, and/or performance of these General Terms and Conditions, the parties from each eligible country agree to submit said dispute to the court with territorial jurisdiction.
Part I: Yassir GO General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1: Purpose and contractual relationship
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions of use for the service connecting individuals wishing to use the services (hereinafter: the "Clients") with taxi drivers operating on the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform or car rental companies (hereinafter: the "Yassir CHAUFFEUR Platform Operator")—services provided or made available under the Yassir brand via the Yassir application (hereinafter: the "Application") in eligible countries, namely Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Canada, France, Senegal, and South Africa (hereinafter: "Eligible Countries")—and to define the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
Access to and use of the Services are subject to these Terms; the E-consumer must read and accept them before accessing and using the Services. Acceptance of these Terms establishes a contractual relationship between the E-consumer and Yassir. These Terms expressly supersede any prior contracts or agreements entered into between the E-consumer and Yassir.
In particular, they are accessible at any time via a direct link on the application and/or the website.
They may be supplemented, where applicable, by specific terms of use for certain services—such as terms governing a particular event, activity, or promotion—and such additional terms will be communicated via the Application and/or the Website in connection with the relevant Services. These additional terms will supplement these Terms and be deemed part of the Terms for the purposes of the relevant Services once accepted by you. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms shall prevail over these general terms.
Yassir provides an intermediary service between you and the service provider operating on the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform, and in this capacity, does not assume the status or nature of a transport service provider.

Any e-consumer who uses the Yassir and Yassir CHAUFFEUR applications for a purpose other than requesting service providers via the online Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform, thereby causing harm to the company Yassir, will be subject to a legal complaint filed with the court having territorial jurisdiction.
Registration on the website and/or the app

The e-consumer is required to provide all information marked as mandatory (last name, first name, address, and, above all, phone number). Any incomplete registration will not be validated.
Before your profile is created, Yassir must verify your phone number by sending it to one of its providers.

Article 6: Description of the Service
The Service consists of connecting the e-consumer directly with a service provider operating on the Company's Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform via the Yassir application and/or website, in all eligible countries listed in Article 2 hereof.
Access to the Service requires the e-consumer to have a smartphone and/or a device with internet access (3G and/or 4G, 5G connection).
The Yassir service is based on geolocation; to take a trip, the user simply needs to log in to the app. Once logged in, the user enters their destination, the fare is displayed on the screen, and the request can be confirmed by tapping the "Request Now" button.
The request is instantly sent to the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform provider closest to the e-consumer's location; once accepted, the trip can begin.
Before boarding the vehicle, the e-consumer must first confirm that it is indeed the vehicle displayed on the application at the time of confirmation by a service provider on the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform, by comparing the following information:
Vehicle make and model;
Vehicle color;
Vehicle registration;
Personal information of the service provider on the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform.
During a Yassir ride, the Yassir account holder is solely responsible for the behavior of all passengers.
Article 7: Price, payment and invoicing
7.1. Price of the Service
Service prices are set in advance by the Company and are explicitly displayed on the Yassir and Yassir CHAUFFEUR applications; unless otherwise stated, they are quoted in the currency of each eligible country listed in Article 02 hereof and are inclusive of all taxes.
The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and on terms it alone shall determine, to offer promotional deals or price reductions.
For Morocco:
Prices are displayed on the app. They comply with the regulations issued by the Wilayas of each city where Yassir operates. In addition to the prices set by the Wilayas, the app's service fees apply, as follows:
| Element | Amount |
|---|---|
| Base price | Base price set by the Wilaya + 6.00 MAD |
| Price per minute | Price per minute set by the Wilaya + 0.50 MAD |
| Minimum price | Minimum price set by the Wilaya + 7.50 MAD |
The company reserves the right to offer promotional deals or price reductions applicable solely to its service fees.
7.2. Price Revision
The price of the Service may be revised by the Company at any time and at its sole discretion, without the need to inform or notify the e-consumer of such changes.
If the e-consumer does not accept the new prices, they must terminate their use of the Service in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 11 of these General Terms and Conditions. Failing this, they shall be deemed to have accepted the new rates.
For Morocco: prices may be revised subject to the provisions of Article 7.1 above.

The invoices he receives will detail the price and the characteristics of the trip.
Disputing invoices: any invoice not subject to a written dispute by the e-consumer within 30 days of the date of dispatch shall be deemed accepted by the latter.

Not to cause any inconvenience, trouble, nuisance, or material damage of any kind to the service provider working with the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform or to any other party;
Keep the vehicle clean;
Pay the service provider operating on the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform the full amount previously displayed on the Yassir application;
Please take good care of your belongings. The company cannot be held liable in the event of loss;
Comply with applicable laws and regulations and not infringe upon the rights of third parties or public order;
Update the information in your personal area in the event of changes, so that it always meets the aforementioned criteria (surname, first name, telephone number, etc.);
Use the service personally and not allow any third party to use it in their place or on their behalf, except at the risk of bearing full responsibility for doing so;
Take all necessary precautions to guard against hacking, particularly by configuring computer systems appropriately and securely, and by regularly installing up-to-date antivirus software;
Provide the company with all information necessary for the proper performance of the Service.
Article 9 – Liability of the parties
9.1. Liability of the Company
The Company undertakes to provide the Service with diligence and in accordance with professional standards; it shall under no circumstances be held liable for the relationship between E-consumers and the Service Provider operating via the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform, nor does it intervene in any way regarding the trips, their quality, safety, location, payment, or scheduling, as the Company acts solely as an intermediary and is bound by an obligation of means rather than an obligation of result—a fact that Clients expressly understand, acknowledge, and accept.
The Company undertakes to carry out regular checks to verify the operation and accessibility of the Application. Accordingly, it reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the Application for maintenance purposes. Likewise, it shall not be held liable for any difficulties or temporary inability to access the Application resulting from circumstances beyond its control, cases of *force majeure*, or disruptions to telecommunication networks;
The Company cannot be held liable for content authored by third parties; any claims must be directed in the first instance to the author of the content in question. Content that is harmful to a third party may be reported to the Company, which reserves the right to take the measures described in Article 5 of the Common Provisions;
The Company disclaims all liability for any loss of information accessible within the Client's personal area where such loss was caused by the Client;
The company accepts no liability for the loss of any of your personal items and/or belongings during the trip;
The Company disclaims all liability in the event of use of the Service by the Client that does not comply with these terms and conditions, and declines all responsibility for any harm that may result from the unavailability of the Yassir and Yassir CHAUFFEUR applications or from connection issues.
9.2. Liability of the e-consumer
The e-consumer warrants that all information provided in the registration form is accurate, up-to-date, and truthful, and is not misleading in any way;
The e-consumer is informed and accepts that the information entered for the purpose of creating or updating their profile serves as proof of their identity;
The e-consumer is informed and accepts that the provision of the service requires an internet connection and that the quality of the Service depends directly on this connection, for which they are solely responsible;
The e-consumer is solely responsible for content of any kind (textual, graphic, audiovisual, or otherwise, including any name and/or image chosen to identify them on the application) that they disseminate within the scope of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Content");
The e-consumer warrants to the company that they hold all rights and authorizations necessary for the dissemination of such content;
The e-consumer undertakes to ensure that said content is lawful and does not infringe upon public order, public decency, or the rights of third parties.
Article 10 – Special Conditions
10.1. Validation of the request by the e-consumer
To finalize the request, the user must ensure they have specified the pickup and drop-off points and clicked the "Request Now" button, while also accepting the Yassir application's General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
10.2. In the event of a delay
In accordance with standard practice, the e-consumer is informed that, in the event of a delay or incident, they undertake to contact the service provider via the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform by telephone to notify them, and also undertake to inform the company as soon as possible.
The user receives a notification indicating the arrival of the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform driver at the pickup location; the waiting period is billed starting from the driver's arrival. These charges compensate the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform driver for their time and effort while waiting. These charges continue to apply until the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform driver starts the trip and will be billed against future trips.
In the event of a no-show, the service provider operating on the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform is free to leave and cancel the trip after a period of 10 minutes from the time the notification was sent.
The "billed waiting time" feature is available on all Yassir vehicle types.
If the trip is cancelled and a cancellation fee is charged, waiting time will not be billed.
10.3. In the event of an incident during the provision of services
In the event of an incident (traffic accident, theft, assault, etc.) during the provision of the service, the e-consumer is requested (to the extent possible) to notify the company and provide any relevant information using the communication channels specified in Article 02 hereof. The company will take all appropriate measures as necessary.
The company cannot be held liable in any way for any disagreement or dispute between the e-consumer and the service provider on the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform regarding personal effects and/or objects lost and/or left behind by the e-consumer.
10.4. In the event of cancellation of the ride request by the Service Provider via the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the e-consumer acknowledges having read:
That a minimum waiting period of 20 seconds is required for a service provider on the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform to accept a trip;
Once the request has been accepted by the Service Provider via the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform, the Service Provider undertakes to proceed without delay, adhering as closely as possible to the estimated arrival time at the meeting point with the e-consumer;
The service provider operating on the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform is entitled to cancel the trip in the event of *force majeure* or for a reason beyond their control, provided the trip has not yet commenced; in such a case, the e-consumer will be notified by either the service provider or the company and invited to submit a new request.
10.5. In the event of cancellation of the immediate booking by the e-consumer
Cancellation is free within 10 seconds of the request and before the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform service provider arrives at the pickup point. After this period, a cancellation fee will be charged against future rides. This fee is intended to compensate the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform service provider for a ride cancelled after they have traveled to the pickup point.
10.6. Cancel the reservation
A booking with a Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform service provider can be cancelled at any time up until the scheduled pickup time without incurring cancellation fees (even if a service provider from the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform has already been assigned).
Cancellation fees will also be charged for last-minute cancellations or in cases where the service provider associated with the Yassir CHAUFFEUR platform has already arrived at the meeting point specified by the e-consumer.
Waiting and cancellation fees are included in the ride category; these vary based on the time (day/night), the geographical area, and the cost of the ride.
Article 11 – Duration of Services, unsubscription
The Services are subscribed to for an indefinite period.
The e-consumer may unsubscribe from the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.
Article 12 – Amendments
Yassir reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time.
The e-consumer will be informed of these changes by any appropriate means.
If the e-consumer does not accept the amended General Terms and Conditions, they must unsubscribe from the Service in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 11.
If the e-consumer uses the Service after the amended general terms and conditions have come into effect, they are deemed to have accepted such amendments.
Article 13 – Entry into force
These General Terms and Conditions shall come into effect as soon as the e-consumer accepts them by clicking the "Accept" field.
Part II – Yassir Restaurant and Market General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale
Article 1 – Purpose and contractual relationship
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions of use for the services offered on the website and/or application (hereinafter: the "Services"), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
Access to and use of the Services are subject to these Terms, which the E-consumer must read and accept before accessing and using the Services. Acceptance of these Terms establishes a contractual relationship between the E-consumer and Yassir. These Terms expressly supersede prior contracts or agreements entered into between the E-consumer and Yassir.
Yassir may modify these Conditions at any time. The modified conditions will be communicated via any available means.
By accessing or using the Services, the e-consumer agrees to be bound by the Conditions as amended at the time of use. The e-consumer acknowledges that they remain free at all times to use the Services or not.
Yassir offers a service connecting e-consumers with online suppliers, enabling them to access services available on the platform—specifically the purchase of consumable food products (hot or cold meals, groceries, essential items, etc.) and/or remote services featured on the app and/or website—and to benefit from delivery to their chosen destination across all eligible countries.
In this context, it is noted that Yassir acts as an intermediary; its role is limited to connecting the e-consumer directly with the e-provider, depending on the services (or service functions), which may vary by country and region.
These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale are accessible and printable at any time, notably via a direct link at the bottom of the site's homepage and/or within the Yassir application.
They may be supplemented, where applicable, by specific terms of use for certain services—such as terms governing a specific event, activity, or promotion—and such additional terms will be communicated via the Application and/or the Website in connection with the relevant Services. These additional terms shall apply in addition to these Terms and shall be deemed to form part of the Terms for the purposes of the relevant Services once accepted by the Online Consumer. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms shall prevail over these general terms.

Upon verification of the telephone number, the e-consumer's profile is automatically created (hereinafter: the "Profile"), thereby granting access to a personal area (hereinafter: the "Personal Area") that enables the e-consumer to manage their use of the service, in accordance with the form and technical means the company deems most appropriate for providing said Service.
Article 6 – Description of the Service
The Service consists of connecting the e-consumer directly with an e-supplier via the Yassir application and/or website, in all eligible countries listed in Article 2 hereof.
Access to the service requires the e-consumer to have a smartphone and/or a device with internet access (3G and/or 4G, 5G connection, etc.).
Each item selected with a single click is accompanied by a product description, a photo, and a list of compatible accessories, for which the e-supplier is solely responsible.
With a simple click on the link or the "Order" button, the item of your choice is added to the shopping cart. The cart holds the products, meals, or services that the online shopper intends to purchase or use.
You can access the shopping cart at any time (by clicking the button showing a shopping cart) and modify its contents by adding or removing an item.
Article 7 – Price of the Service
Service prices are indicated on the Yassir application; unless otherwise stated, they are expressed in the currency of the eligible countries listed in Article 2 hereof.
The displayed prices comply with the regulations of each eligible country.
Yassir reserves the right, at its sole discretion and on terms it alone shall determine, to offer promotional deals or price reductions.
7-1 Price Revision: The price of the service may be revised by Yassir at any time and at its sole discretion, without the need to inform the e-consumer and/or notify them of such changes.
If the e-consumer does not accept the new prices, they should discontinue use of the service in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 16 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Failing this, they shall be deemed to have accepted the new rates.
7-2 Yassir Cash
" Yassir Cash " refers to the new feature enabling users to access Yassir's services and/or products offered across all its applications and/or websites by subscribing to a plan and taking advantage of all its offers.
The terms of use for the Yassir Cash service are set out in Part III of this document. E-consumers are therefore advised to consult them regularly to stay informed of any updates or new features.
7-3 Invoicing: the service is subject to invoices, which are communicated to the e-consumer by any appropriate means.
7-4 Payment delays and incidents: the e-consumer is informed and expressly agrees that any delay in the payment of all or part of a sum due by its due date shall automatically result, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 5 of the Common Provisions and without prior formal notice, in:
the forfeiture of the term for all sums owed by the e-consumer and their immediate exigibility;
in addition to the acceleration of the repayment schedule, the e-consumer may be subject to surcharges;
immediate suspension of the ongoing service until full payment of all sums due from the e-consumer.
Article 8 – Product conformity
Yassir makes every effort to ensure that the photographic representation of the products is as faithful as possible to the actual products; however, the e-consumer's perception of the photographic representation may not correspond exactly to the product itself.
In the event of non-conformity regarding consumable food products (hot or cold meals, foodstuffs, essential items, etc.), the e-consumer may return them at the time of delivery; beyond that point—and given the nature of these items as consumable food products, particularly meals—returns are not accepted.
In the event of a return at the time of delivery, the e-consumer has the option for Yassir to:
Delivers to him/her, once again, a product that conforms to the order;
Refunds the order within fifteen (15) days of the date of receipt of the product.
Article 9 – Order
The e-consumer has the option to choose the country or region where Yassir services are available and order the item of their choice.
9-1 Order validation by the e-consumer
To finalize their order, the e-consumer must view their cart and click the "Confirm my order" button, thereby accepting the Yassir EXPRESS application's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy.
Any order that has not been validated cannot be fulfilled.
9-2 Availability
The availability of food products (hot or cold meals, foodstuffs, essential items, etc.) and/or services is indicated on the application. If a food product or service is unavailable, the message "Coming soon" will be displayed on the listing.
If the order subsequently becomes unavailable, Yassir will inform the e-consumer of this unavailability by email or by any means of communication specified in Article 2 hereof, and will give the e-consumer the option to cancel the order.
9-3 Pre-ordering
Pre-ordering offers the opportunity to reserve food products (hot or cold meals, groceries, essentials, etc.) and/or services for immediate delivery upon their release or as soon as they are in stock and available.
The order will be delivered to the e-consumer once the last consumable food product and/or pre-ordered service is in stock or available.
9-4 Cancel the order
The e-consumer has the right to cancel their order, provided that:
This cancellation takes place if the e-supplier has not accepted the order.
If the service provider working with the Yassir platform delivers the order to the destination, the e-consumer is required to pay the service and delivery fees previously displayed on the Yassir application, even if the order is cancelled.
Article 10 – Delivery
Consumable food products (hot or cold meals, foodstuffs, essential items, etc.) and/or services are delivered to the delivery address selected by the e-consumer at the time of the order. The e-consumer agrees to take delivery of the products and/or services ordered. Receipt of the order is followed by an acknowledgment of receipt from the e-consumer, a copy of which will be sent subsequently.
Yassir is responsible for the e-consumer's order from the moment a Yassir platform representative collects it from the e-supplier and delivers it to the destination specified on the Yassir app at the time of ordering; beyond this timeframe and once delivery is confirmed, the e-consumer acknowledges that Yassir is not liable for anything that may happen to the delivered food products and/or services.
10-1 Delivery time
The delivery date and type are selected by the e-consumer based on the delivery slots available on the website and/or application.
Yassir and its e-suppliers will then use their best efforts to meet order delivery deadlines.
In the event that these timeframes cannot be met, the e-consumer will be automatically informed by any means, including email, SMS, or telephone.
10-2 Delivery charges
Delivery fees may vary depending on the cart total, delivery location, the customer's purchase frequency between orders, and the chosen day and time. Delivery fees are calculated automatically and displayed when the delivery day and time slot are selected. In other words, the customer can view the delivery fee amount by clicking the "Cart" icon on the "delivery and service fees" line.
Article 11 – Product defect
If a product—the delivery of which was validated by the e-consumer upon receipt from a Yassir platform representative—is subsequently found to have a hidden defect rendering it unfit for its intended use, the e-consumer must notify the e-supplier as soon as possible using any communication method made available by Yassir.
In this case, delivery costs will be borne by the e-supplier.
Article 12 – Obligations of the parties

Article 13 – Liability of the parties
13-1 Yassir's liability:
Yassir undertakes to provide the service diligently and in accordance with best practices.
The company shall not be held liable for any failure, error, or delay in the performance of its services or during the delivery of goods, where such failure arises from any act or omission beyond its reasonable control, such as extreme and inevitable events caused directly and exclusively by forces of nature that cannot be foreseen, controlled, or prevented through the exercise of prudence and diligence;
It cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the relationships between e-consumers and parties operating on the Yassir Express platform, nor for those between e-consumers and e-suppliers;
Yassir cannot in any way intervene regarding the quality of orders, their location, their payment, or their timing, because, acting as an intermediary, the company is bound by an obligation of means to the exclusion of any obligation of result—a fact that users expressly understand, acknowledge, and accept;
Yassir undertakes to carry out regular checks to verify the application's functionality and accessibility. In this regard, it reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the application for maintenance purposes;
Likewise, it cannot be held liable for temporary difficulties or an inability to access the application resulting from circumstances beyond its control, force majeure, or disruptions to telecommunication networks;
Yassir cannot be held liable for content authored by third parties, and any potential claims must be directed in the first instance to the author of the content in question; content that is harmful to a third party may be reported to the company, which reserves the right to take the measures described in Article 5 of the Common Provisions;
Yassir disclaims all liability for any loss of information accessible within the customer's personal area where such loss was caused by the e-consumer;
Yassir disclaims all liability for any use of the service by the e-consumer that does not comply with these terms and conditions, and accepts no responsibility for any harm that may arise from the unavailability of Yassir applications or from connection issues.

The e-consumer is informed and accepts that the information entered for the purpose of creating or updating their profile serves as proof of their identity;
The e-consumer is informed and accepts that the provision of the service requires an internet connection and that the quality of the service depends directly on this connection, for which they are solely responsible;
The e-consumer is also solely responsible for any relationships they may establish with other users and for the information they share with them in the context of the said service.
The e-consumer is solely responsible for content of any nature (textual, graphic, audiovisual, or otherwise, including the name and/or image chosen to identify them on the application) that they disseminate within the scope of the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Content");
The e-consumer warrants to the company that they hold all rights and authorizations necessary for the dissemination of such content;
The e-consumer undertakes to ensure that said content is lawful and does not infringe upon public order, public decency, or the rights of third parties.
Article 14 – Special Conditions
14-1 In the event of a delivery delay
In accordance with standard practice, the e-consumer is informed that in the event of a delay or incident during the delivery of the order, the company undertakes to contact the consumer by telephone to notify them of the delay; the consumer then has the option to grant us additional time to fulfill the order or to decline it.
14-2 In the event of order unavailability or inability to deliver
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the e-consumer acknowledges having been informed that:
If the product is unavailable from the e-supplier but the latter has other similar products in stock, Yassir may call the e-consumer to propose other options. If the e-consumer does not agree to any of the options presented by the e-supplier and is therefore not interested in the alternatives, Yassir is required not to confirm the e-consumer's order, ensuring it is not sent to the service providers operating on the Yassir platform.
14-3 Products the sale of which is prohibited by applicable regulations
The e-consumer hereby acknowledges being aware that products the sale of which is prohibited under the regulations in force in each of the eligible countries listed in Article 02 above will not be made available to them via the Yassir application.

An e-consumer who fails to comply with these guidelines will face sanctions ranging—depending on the severity—from a simple verbal warning to the permanent deletion of their account.
Article 16 – Duration of Services, unsubscription
The Services are subscribed to for an indefinite period.
The e-consumer may terminate these General Terms and Conditions at any time by sending a request to that effect to Yassir via email, using the contact details specified in Article 2.
Unsubscription takes effect immediately. It results in the automatic deletion of the user's account.
Article 17 – Amendments
Yassir reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time.
The e-consumer will be informed of these changes by any appropriate means.
An e-consumer who does not accept the amended General Terms and Conditions must unsubscribe from the Services in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 16.
Any e-consumer who uses the Services after the amended General Terms and Conditions have come into effect is deemed to have accepted such amendments.

Article 4 – Description of the Service
The digital ticketing service offered by Yassir enables users to search for, view, book, and purchase electronic tickets for various types of events, including cultural, artistic, sporting, community, or commercial events. Accessible via the SuperApp mobile application or, where applicable, a dedicated web platform, this service is designed to provide a fully digitized experience, eliminating the need for physical tickets.
Through this service, the user can view a selection of available events, access detailed information about each one (such as date, venue, entry requirements, prices, or seating categories), select tickets based on their preferences, and complete the transaction using supported payment methods. Once the purchase is confirmed, the electronic ticket is generated and made available in the user's personal area within the SuperApp. This ticket includes a unique QR code and a personal security code, which must be presented on the day of the event to gain entry.
In this capacity, Yassir acts as a technical intermediary, connecting the user with the event organizer. Consequently, Yassir cannot be held liable for the quality, content, cancellation, or conduct of the event itself, as these matters fall under the exclusive responsibility of the organizer.
Article 5 – Ticket orders
5.1. Ordering process
The user begins by selecting an event from the digital ticketing catalog accessible via the Yassir SuperApp or website. They review key information regarding the event, including the date, time, venue, access requirements, and available ticket categories. They then select their desired category—such as Standard, Premium, VIP, or any other option defined by the organizer—and specify the number of tickets they wish to purchase, subject to the limit set by the organizer for that event (which may vary based on the event's nature or capacity). Once the selection is finalized, the user confirms their cart and proceeds to the payment stage. Payment is then made using one of the available payment methods, in accordance with the terms specified in Article 6 of these Conditions.
5.2. Confirmation
Once the payment has been validated and the transaction confirmed, the user immediately receives an order confirmation. This can be accessed directly via their user account in the SuperApp or, where applicable, via electronic notification. The electronic ticket is automatically generated and made available in digital format. It contains:
a secure, single-use QR code intended to be scanned upon entry to the event;
a personal, non-reusable, and strictly confidential security code used to authenticate the holder's identity during access control.
These items constitute the only valid proof of purchase and are essential for accessing the event.
Article 6 – Price and payment terms
6.1. Pricing
The prices are:
Set by the Organizer;
Displayed in Algerian dinars (DZD) or euros (EUR);
All taxes included (TTC).
6.2. Payment methods
